Security Policy
Last Updated: 10/9/2026
1. Overview
At AriseCX, the security of your data is our highest priority. This Security Policy outlines the technical and organizational measures we implement to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. We continuously evaluate and improve our security posture to stay ahead of emerging threats.
2. Data Encryption
We employ robust encryption standards to protect your data both in transit and at rest:
- In Transit: All data transmitted between your devices and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS 1.2 or higher.
- At Rest: Data stored on our servers, including databases and backups, is encrypted using AES-256 encryption.
3. Access Controls
We enforce strict access controls to ensure that only authorized personnel can access sensitive systems and data:
- Principle of Least Privilege: Employees are granted access only to the systems and data necessary to perform their job functions.
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): MFA is required for all administrative access to our infrastructure and critical applications.
- Regular Audits: Access logs are continuously monitored, and access rights are reviewed periodically to ensure compliance.
4. Network Security
Our infrastructure is protected by multiple layers of defense to prevent unauthorized network access:
- Firewalls & WAF: We utilize advanced firewalls and Web Application Firewalls (WAF) to filter malicious traffic.
- DDoS Protection: Automated mitigation systems are in place to absorb and deflect Distributed Denial of Service attacks.
- Intrusion Detection: We deploy Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) to monitor network traffic for suspicious activity.
5. Incident Response
In the event of a security incident, AriseCX has a formal Incident Response Plan to quickly identify, contain, and remediate the threat. We commit to notifying affected customers of any confirmed data breach within the timeframe required by applicable laws (e.g., 72 hours under GDPR).
6. Contact Security Team
